The rooms were new-fashioned and had a clean bathroom. Excellent service was provided here. The location of the hotel was great - at a moderate distance from a traditional water puppet theater.

Upon our arrival after a long drive, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff; the hotel is conveniently located near the old quarter, and we had a fantastic dining experience at Steam House Restaurant nearby.

It was clean, everyone was incredibly helpful. The breakfast was sensational with various egg options, western dishes and eggs cooked to order, loved what was offered. The location in the heart of Hanoi was the best and comfortable.

The breakfast is fantastic with various egg options and the option to get eggs cooked and fresh salads, lots to choose from. The rooms are a nice size even with double glazed windows, everything is outstanding.

The property is clean; well-equipped rooms; comfy bed. The hotel offers outstanding meal in the morning with western dishes and eggs cooked to order, for instance. It has unbeatable and excellent location so close to Perfume Pagoda for a decent price, the centre of old Hanoi, and the French quarter...
